About
My name is Marjon and I have been practising yoga since 2014. After experiencing a range of benefits (physical as well as mental) from my regular yoga practice I became curious about learning more about this ancient Indian practice. This resulted in doing teacher training courses and now sharing yoga with others.
I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone and aim make to make yoga as accessible as possible. My intention is that you leave the class feeling better in both body and mind. I have a particular interest in using yoga to help us rest and relax and offer monthly restorative yoga sessions.
